Mary Berry Sausage Tray Bake is a one-pan oven meal where sausages are roasted alongside potatoes and vegetables until golden and tender. The ingredients cook together, allowing flavours to mingle naturally. Unlike casseroles or stews, this dish stays crisp at the edges while remaining juicy inside, making it a favourite for those who enjoy roasted textures with minimal effort.
